You would think that headphones are something that we use for music listening, meetings, and streaming but there are some folks who spend more than the average price for a good pair of cans. While there are great sounding headphones available in the market ranging from PhP15,000 to PhP20,000, there are headphones that cost as much as PHP 5,000,000. Sounds ridiculous? Not really.
There’s a certain group of people who thrive with these gears and they’re fondly called “Audiophiles”. They find joy in listening to music and purchase the most that they can get out of their budget. There are extremists, though. There are audiophiles who would go over the moon and back just to purchase headphones that don’t just deliver superb quality, but also those that offer over-the-top looks and sleek designs. Listed below are some of the MOST EXPENSIVE HEADPHONES that are currently available in the market.

The Onkyo H900M with 20-carat diamonds cost USD 100,000 (PHP 4.8M).
The flagship Sennheiser HE-1 headphones come with their own valve amplification with the eight valves and dials, that let each pair be customized to the user’s liking.
