ASUS has recently unveiled the latest ZenBeam Latte L1 projector during the CES 2021.

The ASUS ZenBeam Latte L1 is a portable projector that can easily fit in the palm. This has a projection range of 40 to 120 inches at 300 lumens of brightness. It comes with a fabric mesh on the lower portion of its body. However, the fabric doesn’t only work as a design; it lets the main projection unit breathe easier than a conventional closed chassis and enables whisper-quiet operation than other conventional compact projectors. The speaker output is also clearer and louder because sound waves can travel more freely through the textile material. ASUS claims that this projector can also blend along at home as modern decor.

Moreover, the device doubles as a Harman Kardon speaker that produces 10W of rich sound in three modes: movie, music, and gaming. It also comes equipped with Smart Amplifier technology. With this, the device can also work as a Bluetooth speaker to enjoy high-quality music as well.

Latte runs on the Aptoide TV media platform, a dedicated media-streaming ecosystem with more than 2500 applications, including YouTube, Amazon Prime Video, Hulu, and Netflix. The Aptoide app store also handles plenty of games and various handy streaming applications, such as Plex and Kodi.

Ideally, the projection needs to be one meter away from the wall to cast a picture with a 40-inch diagonal. The device got an integrated kickstand that lets users easily direct the projector upwards and a tripod screw mounts on the bottom. The integrated controls on the top of the unit and the included remote let users easily operate the ZenBeam and Aptoide. Plus, it got an HDMI input and wireless mirroring capability to connect it to other external sources. Meanwhile, there’s also a USB port that can charge a connected device when the ZenBeam Latte L1 is turned on. Lastly, it is equipped with a 6,000mAh battery that can last up to three hours of projection under Eco mode and up to 12 hours of operation when listening to music.

ASUS has yet to announce the pricing of the latest ZenBeam Latte L1 projector; however, it is expected to be available in North America in the second quarter of 2021. Stay tuned to our page for more updates.
