DingDong PH, a tech startup by Filipino actor Dingdong Dantes, makes it official debut.
The main goal of DingDong PH is to provide the everyday needs of Filipinos while providing livelihood to the people. The service was created in partnership with Multisys Technologies Corporation, led by David Almirol Jr.
This idea started when CEO Dingdong Dantes became a delivery rider for Flora Vida, a flower shop business owned by his wife, Marian Rivera-Dantes.
After a year, Dantes and a couple of friends realized the idea and put up DingDong PH, a delivery service and technology solutions catering individuals, businesses, and communities.
Instead of just providing delivery services, the company realized that they could also help merchants. Hence the inclusion of e-commerce in the platform.
DingDong PH can help sellers be more automated, have better marketing, and, more importantly, better delivery solutions.

The company highlights that its comprehensive but user-friendly platform shall help improve the welfare of both business owners and delivery riders. It’s essentially an all-in-one solution as you can both sell and deliver goods all in the same platform, no third-party needed.
Users can access Dingdong Delivery via the app or web browser. This is where they can do on-demand or pre-booked deliveries. The app can also provide real-time tracking of the delivery status, traffic, rider location, and estimated times.
To be a DingDong PH rider, they have to undergo training that will cover road safety, proper food handling, first aid plus, other life skills like financial management and spiritual fortitude.
As for DingDong E-Commerce, business owners can get training covering branding, accounting, taxes, and other topics specific to their products.
DingDong E-commerce is available in a subscription or custom-branded online marketplace with multiple payment options and an easy-to-use product and order management system.
