LG has launched the new Q92 5G smartphone, a more affordable variant of the LG Velvet 5G. This mid-range phone is  powered by an octa-core Snapdragon 765G chipset paired with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage expandable via micro SD up to 2TB.

The LG Q92, unlike the Velvet, features a 6.67-inch Full HD+ LCD, with 2,400×1,080 pixel resolution and 20:9 aspect ratio. At the front of the device is a 32-megapixel selfie camera housed in a punch-hole cutout. It runs on LG’s UX 9.0 based on Android 10, with 4,000 mAh battery and supports 15W fast charging.

LG Q92 also features an IP68 and MIL-STD-810G waterproof and dust proof screen. The camera setup at the rear is headlined by a 48 megapixel main shooter with led flash, 8-megapixel ultra wide-angle lens, 5-megapixel depth sensor and 2-megapixel macro sensor.

The LG Q92 5G which is available in White, Red and Blue colors, will officially go on sale in South  Korea starting from August 26. It is priced at KRW 499,000 (~Php20,000 before PH taxes). No details have been released about the availability and pricing in the international market.
