Many brands have stepped up their entry-level phones, making them robust enough to run a standard Android version. However, some are still coming up with humble-hardware phones stuck with the power-friendly Android Go edition.
One of those brands is Motorola, which just launched the Moto E6i, an entry-level smartphone running on Android 10 Go Edition. This device is powered by a Unisoc SC9863A octa-core processor clocked at 1.6GHz, with 2GB of RAM and 32GB of storage.
The rest of the specs are expected on a budget smartphone. We have a small 6.1-inch HD+ screen on the front, with a waterdrop notch for the 5-megapixel selfie camera.
We then have the 13-megapixel primary camera on the back, next to a 2-megapixel depth sensor and, thankfully, a fingerprint scanner in the Motorola emblem.
Keeping the lights on is a 3,000mAh battery that charges via a 10W microUSB charger. The Moto E6i, which is essentially a rebranded Moto E6s 2020 with a different OS, processor, and faster charging, is available in Brazil for BRL1,099 (around Php9,700).
