Those who will purchase a brand new OPPO Reno 4 are entitled to a special 6-month warranty. It includes a couple of special after-sales service for the device’s owners.

Part of the promo is a 15% discount on spare parts replacement for out-of-warranty-repairs. It’s available in a lot of OPPO Service Centers nationwide.

OPPO is also offering a special door-to-door service, which is perfect in this time of pandemic. To avail, customers needs to book at least a day ahead, and a representative from a service center will arrive at their home. Albeit, it’s only applicable in residents of Metro Manila.

The company is also giving VIP-level treatment to OPPO Reno 4 users. Those who decides to be a walk-in customer will experience a Priority Repair priviledge in OPPO Service centers nationwide.

There’s also the 1-Hour Flash Fix program — a complete consultation and repair in only an hour. Unless a component needs replacing and requires the installation of a new one. If the service exceeds the 60-minute limit, customers will get a free OPPO merchandise via a computer-based roulette game.
