The OPPO Watch, the company’s first proper smartwatch, have just made its way to the Philippines.

What we have here is the OPPO Watch 41mm, which has a curved 1.6-inch AMOLED touchscreen, and a premium 6000-series aluminum alloy frame. The body itself is 5ATM water-resistant so you can take it swimming or any water-related sports activities.

It runs on Google Wear OS, so it should work seamlessly on all Android smartphones. It gives you access to Google Fit and an entire ecosystem of apps from the Play Store.

OPPO added their personal touches to this wearable. For one, you can take a picture of your outfit using the companion app and it will generate a customized, matching watch face.

The OPPO Watch can give you notifications, accept/reject music, control music, have access to some of your phone’s apps and settings — pretty much all the standard smartwatch features are present here.

Of course, it can track your activities, workouts, and sleep. This thing is equipped with 4 PPG sensors for heart monitoring, GPS, and GLONASS that allows it to accurately track activities like running, walking, bike riding, and even swimming.

The OPPO Watch can last for an entire day on a single charge, which you can stretch by up to 14 days by putting it in Power Saver Mode. Thanks to OPPO’s VOOC Flash Charge technology, a 15-minute charge can already provide 30% of juice, a full 100-percent will only take 75 minutes.

You can get the OPPO Watch for Php12,990 in the Philippines — much cheaper than the Apple Watch. It’s now available in OPPO stores both offline and online and exclusively on Lazada.
