Following a laborious 7-game series against the Burmese Ghouls, Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Professional League Philippines’ Bren Esports comes out triumphant at 4-3, subsequently earning the competition’s champion title.
Like all tales of competitions involving participating teams that are duking it out for the grand prize, that of the Philippine team has been a story of struggle and overcoming large obstacles along the way.
Part of which being pitted against some of the most highly-competitive teams from participating SEA nations, especially 2019’s reigning champion from Myanmar and 2020 MPL Invitational Champion from Indonesia, Alter Ego Esports.
