The Realme 6 series is almost here in the Philippines, and no pandemic is stopping them.
A few days ago, Realme has already revealed that the 6 Pro is coming in the Philippines. Now, the company’s local arm announced that its little brother, the Realme 6 is also releasing on the same date, May 27.
For a quick recap, the Realme 6 boasts a MediaTek Helio G90T processor, that’s one of the most powerful mid-range chipsets in the market today. It can be bundled with up to 8GB of RAM and 128GB of expandable storage. While the base model has 6GB/64GB configuration.
One of its main highlights is the smooth 90Hz refresh rate 6.5-inch FHD+ IPS screen, making it possibly the cheapest smartphone to have it. It also comes with a generous 4,300mAh battery with fast 30W flash charger.
On the front we have a single 16-megapixel selfie camera, while on the back we have four shooters consisting of a 64-megapixel main camera, 8-megapixel ultra-wide, and two 2-megapixel lenses. There’s also a side-mounted fingerprint scanner in lieu of an in-screen one for a cleaner look.
The Realme 6 and 6 Pro is releasing just weeks since the Realme 6i arrived in the country. Pricing and availability for both devices will be revealed on May 27. You can check its rumored prices if you can’t already wait.
