Samsung marvels its manufacturing prowess with new EUV-made 16GB mobile RAM - Android

This time, the memory chip was created using EUV or Extreme Ultraviolet Lithography. For a quick background, this technology utilizes lasers and light-sensitive chemicals to etch on the silicon.

With this advancement, the memory chip is 16% faster than its predecessors. The EUV-made memory can reach up to 6.4Gbps of bandwidth while managing to keep the hardware 30% smaller.
