Vivo Y51s, the latest 5G midrange smartphone from Vivo has gone official in China. The new smartphone shares some key specs with the recently launched Y70s which includes a 6.53-inch Full HD+ touch screen, 2GHz octa-core Samsung Exynos 880 processor and a 4500mAh battery.
The Vivo Y51s packs a triple rear camera which is comprised of a 48 megapixel main camera with aperture of f/1.79, a 2 megapixel depth sensor and a 2-megapixel macro shooter. On the front is a toned-down 8-megapixel selfie camera with an aperture of f/2.05. It can also record videos with up to 4K resolution.
Vivo Y51s comes in a single variant of 6GB RAM and 128GB storage which boasts a fingerprint reader mounted on the side. On the software side, there’s the Android 10-based Funtouch 10.5 OS which brings tons of exciting features. Keeping the lights on is the 4,500 mAh battery with proprietary fast charging support.
Vivo Y51s is expected to go on sale on July 29 in China with a price of CNY 1,799 (about PHP12,700 before PH taxes). The smartphone comes in three color options, Snow Feather White, Secret Realm Black and Bihailan Blue.
