realme is the number 2 smartphone brand in the Philippines. The company managed the feat in just two years of business in the country.
According to Counterpoint Research, the fastest growing brand in the Philippines managed a record-breaking 97% quarter-on-quarter growth, surpassing established brands like OPPO, Xiaomi, and Samsung to take the second spot. Last quarter, realme was fifth among smartphone brands.
Apart from the Philippines, realme is among the top five in all key markets in the Asia Pacific, including Cambodia, Indonesia, Malaysia, Myanmar, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Taiwan, Bangladesh, Pakistan, and Australia.
realme has redefined the term “value-for-money” with innovative AIoT products and technology. Recently, the company unveiled the 125W UltraDart Charge to the world. While in the Philippines, they recently added the realme 7, realme 7 Pro, and realme Buds Q to an already impressive roster of products.
To share the recent win and celebrate with its fans, realme Philippines is dropping the price of the realme 6 gaming phone. The handset now retails for PHP 10,990, down 1K from its original price of PHP 11,990. The new price is in effect starting today, October 9.
The realme 6 with a 90Hz display and a MediaTek G90 processor is available in realme stores nationwide and online on Shopee and Lazada. For more information about the phone, you can read our realme 6 review.
