Acer, under its air quality solution business AirPure Inc., launches its AcerPure Cool 2-in-1 air circulator and purifier.

The Acerpure Cool is equipped with a 3-in-1 HEPA certified filter that purifies the air. Its circulator then projects it around the room up to 16 m. According to Acer,  it takes only three minutes to achieve full air circulation in a 27 sqm room. Acerpure Cool’s circulation and purifying functions may be used either separately or simultaneously.

Its 3-in-1 HEPA Filter is combined with a catalytic-activated carbon filter that effectively filters out PM1.0 particles in addition to 99.97% of 0.3?m suspended particles and bacteria. As tested by other laboratories, its Ag+ Silver Coated Filter effectively removes bacteria in the air and is effective against the H1N1 virus activity.

It also removes odors and releases negative ions to decompose harmful gases in the air, swivels up to 90 degrees, and has an Air Quality Sensor for measuring indoor air quality in real-time. Changes in air quality can be monitored through its three LED indicator lights. The Acerpur Cool also intelligently adjusts the purifier’s operation mode to ensure efficient air purification in the whole room.

Acer is yet to reveal its price. However, it confirms that it will ship the 2-in-1 air circulator and purifier in Taiwan, India, Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam, and Indonesia on various dates.
