With the current pandemic, contactless payment has become not just an alternative but also a necessity. To limit the human contact as much as possible, the use of cash and even card is highly discouraged.

That is why, consumer finance company Home Credit now allows existing cardholders to pay using a QR Code.

Through the My Home Credit App, Home Credit Card owners only need to scan the QR codes to pay for their purchases in select partner retailers and merchants nationwide. Moreover, customers will automatically get 1% cashback from each successful transaction.

To use the feature, go to your Home Credit application. Tap the “Scan to Pay” button and scan the vendor’s QR Code. Provide the total amount and input your pin code. Make sure to update your Home Credit application to avail of the new feature.

Paying using QR code provides a safer and more convenient means of buying.
