If you’re not aware, Motorola’s mobile division was acquired by Lenovo back in 2014. This is why we’re not surprised to see the latter rebranding phones of the former as their own. Hence we have the new Lenovo K12 and K12 Pro.

The Lenovo K12 is essentially the Moto E7 Plus. It has the same 6.5-inch HD+ screen, Snapdragon 460 processor, 4GB of RAM, 64GB of storage, and a large 5,000mAh battery.

We also have a familiar design on the back. But instead of the Motorola M logo inside the fingerprint scanner, we have the Lenovo branding on the bottom left. The dual rear cameras and the LED flash are still in a triangular layout inside a square glass.

Next stop, the Lenovo K12 Pro is a renamed Moto G9 Power. This, too, is big on battery, only larger at 6,000mAh and twice the charging speeds at 20W. It also has an enormous 6.8-inch screen, albeit still at HD+. The processor was also upgraded to Snapdragon 662. The cameras are better, too.

Both models are launched in China. Markets like the Philippines might get the Motorola versions. The Lenovo K12 has a price of CNY799 (around Php5,900) around Php while the K12 Pro is at CNY999 (around Php7,300).
