Macbook Air and Macbook Pro 2020 now available in the Philippines - Android

Customers may now purchase the said devices on the Apple website with starting prices of Php57,990 for the MacBook Air 2020 and Php74,990 for the MacBook Pro 2020. 

To recall, the new top-of-the-line model of the 13-inch MacBook Pro 2020 comes with the latest 2.0GHz Intel 10th-Gen Core i5 processor. Meanwhile, the base and mid variant only use a 1.4GHz 8th-Gen Intel Core i5 chipset.

The Macbook Pro 2020 finally ditched the butterfly keyboard and instead uses a better Magic keyboard. There’s also a TouchBar but unlike its predecessor, it has a physical escape button and TouchID. Another addition to the new Macbook Pro is the Apple T2 security chip.

On the other hand, the new MacBook Air 2020 still rocks the same sleek and elegant design that its predecessor has. However, it now has the improved keyboard and comes with a 10th-gen Intel Ice Lake processors. Unfortunately, only the Core i3 and i5 models are available locally.

Its other features include a 13.3-inch True Tone Retina display, stereo speakers, a large trackpad, and a TouchID fingerprint scanner with a dedicated Apple T2 security chip.
