There’s no denying that Filipinos are some of the wittiest and funniest people in the world.
As online shopping soared in the past year, delivery services are on the rise. And part of each delivery process is taking pictures of the recipient holding the product as proof of delivery.
Being who we are, we don’t hold up our delivered goods and wait for the delivery rider to snap a picture and go like what you’d do on a rush ID service.
Instead, we’ve seen a lot of trending photos on social media with people striking a pose as if they were in a professional photoshoot. Some are even dressing up, putting make-up on, and even prepared a backdrop for the full appeal.
These photos are so witty that international pages and media took notice.

One of the Philippines’ largest e-commerce sites, Shopee, went along the hype train and even called these proof-of-delivery models are “Shopee User Of the Week”.
