Most of you probably know that League of Legends: Wild Rift’s alpha test in the Philippines and Brazil is in full swing right now.
UPDATE as of 3:00PM: The developer posted a new statement which clarifies that accounts disabled will only be temporary. This means that they will still be able to play League of Legends: Wild Rift in the future, once they receive their own invite.
As of the moment, Riot Games says that their servers and processes are not yet ready to handle more players because of stability. The good news is they will be rolling out more invites to PH players in the coming weeks.
Check out the tweet below for the full statement.
But even though Riot Games wanted to keep the number of testers low, some people found a way to bypass the limitation and get on the alpha test.
Those who can’t wait to try League of Legends: Wild Rift took matters into their own hands and installed the game anyway to become one of the early testers.
Because of the leak where some players released the APK and OBB file, League of Legends mobile started to become unstable, probably because of the high number of players. As a result, Riot Games has started banning the accounts of the ‘unofficial’ alpha testers and those using VPNs.
On Twitter, the developer warned players not to install the game outside the Play Store. For those who insists on playing despite unauthorize access, your account and/or hardware might get banned.
