Beneficiaries of the Social Amelioration Program may now digitally apply their Social Amelioration Card (SAC) form online for faster, contactless registration.

Until June 16, Social Amelioration Cardholders may apply online via https://reliefagad.ph/. Here, they will be asked to fill out all the necessary information, including taking a photo of their SAC’s barcode.

Once completed, your registration will be uploaded to the centralized DSWD SAP database where’s pending for assessment. All applications will be assessed for validity and identify the beneficiaries from the database. Validated beneficiaries may claim their assistance in the form of cash or digital currency from mobile money wallets and bank accounts.
