After months of leaks and rumors, the Samsung Galaxy Note 20 series are finally official.
Both the Samsung Galaxy Note 20 and Note 20 Ultra will come with the usual upgrades you expect on a smartphone. For starters, both devices will rock the Exynos 990 that we found on the Galaxy S20 series, and improved S-Pen hardware and software. They also come with special 5G models and the new Mystic Bronze color.
The Samsung Galaxy Note 20 has a flat 6.7-inch FHD+ screen, 12-megapixel main and 64-megapixel telephoto cameras, and a 4,300mAh battery. It comes with two 8GB/256GB models — one with 5G, one is LTE-only. Albeit it appears that we’ll only be getting the 4G version.
On the other hand, the Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra upgrades the display to 6.9-inches, with a Dynamic AMOLED 2.0 panel, 120Hz refresh rates, and slight curves on the side.
The primary camera also gets a bump to 108-megapixel, while the telephoto gets a periscope-style lens. It also gets a larger 4,500mAh battery. You can get the 4G-only model with 8GB/256GB configuration, while the 5G variant ups the RAM to 12GB.
The Samsung Galaxy Note 20 LTE 8GB/256GB has a price of Php53,990, while the Note 20 Ultra LTE 8GB/256GB costs Php67,990, and the Note 20 Ultra 5G model with 12GB/256GB configuration is priced at Php72,990.
Those who will pre-order the device starting August 7 will get freebies worth up to Php16,995. Pre-ordering the Galaxy Note 20 5G (from Globe and Smart) will get you an Air Purifier, the 4G model comes with a free Galaxy Buds Live or Php7,500 store voucher, while the Galaxy Note 20 will be bundled with a Galaxy Buds Plus worth Php6,990 or e-store voucher worth Php5,000.
