Smart has launched the 5G Rocket WiFi, its latest pocket WiFi offering.

Claiming to be the first and fastest 5G pocket WiFi in the Philippines, the Smart Rocket WiFi 5G features the ability to allow concurrent connections to up to 15 devices, along with a 5,000mAh battery for an all-day battery life.

In terms of speed, Smart claims the 5G Rocket WiFi can reach up to 1,000Mbps, more than three times faster than the Smart Bro LTE-Advanced Pocket WiFi.

At the moment, Smart’s 5G Rocket WiFi is only available via a postpaid subscription. Interested customers will of course need to make sure their area has 5G signal and availability to fully utilize the pocket WiFi at its fastest speeds.

The 5G Rocket WiFi can be purchased via the Smart Online Store. It is also available in select Smart stores in Metro Manila, with a nationwide rollout to follow at a later date.
