The monthly list of AnTuTu that shows the best-performing smartphones in the market gets a September 2020 installment.
First, we have the AnTuTu best-performing flagship phones in China, dominated by the Vivo iQOO 5 Pro (663,752) and the iQOO 5 (662,165). We also have the latest Xiaomi Mi 10 Ultra (648,624) at the third spot, with the Vivo X50 Pro (626,500) Plus below it.
What’s ironic is, the first four devices are powered by the last-gen Snapdragon 865. A Snapdragon 865 Plus-powered smartphone doesn’t come along until the fifth seat.
The fifth and sixth spots are the Lenovo Legion Pro (625,721) and the ASUS ROG Phone 3 (622,234), respectively. Both are the only Snapdragon 865 Plus devices on this list.
The last three smartphones on the list are all with Snapdragon 865. We have the Black Shark 3S (617,111) at number seven, followed by the OPPO Find X2 Pro (609,791), Find X2 (603,740), and the Xiaomi Mi 10 Pro (602,584) at number ten.
But unlike the flagship list that was dominated by Qualcomm, the AnTuTu best-performing midrange phones list for September 2020 is more diverse. In fact, only the Snapdragon 765G-powered Redmi K30 5G and OPPO Reno 4 5G made it to the list, and they didn’t even come in until the ninth and tenth spots, respectively.
MediaTek’s Dimensity 820 chipset helped the Redmi 10X Pro 5G (397,963) and Redmi 10X 5G (392,236) dominate the list. They are followed by the Honor 30, Huawei Nova 7, and Nova 7 Pro, all of which are powered by the Kirin 985 processors.
Huawei and Honor clearly populated the list as three more of their entries managed to take a seat. We have the Honor X10, Honor 30S, and Huawei Nova 7 SE taking the sixth, seventh, and eighth spots, respectively. That’s six out of ten devices for the Chinese tech giant.
