Apple has recently introduced its latest interactive health subscription service, Apple Fitness+, along with its Watch Series 6 and Watch SE.

The Apple Fitness+ provides a personalized, studio-style workout accompanied by music to keep Apple Watch users active. It suggests new activities that match the user’s previous workout options, features an intuitive filtering tool for browsing exercises and the Absolute Beginner program for basic exercises, introduces Fitness+ trainers, and creates a dedicated playlist through Apple Music. The fitness service comes with Cycling, Treadmill, Rowing, HIIT, Strength, Yoga, Dance, Core, and Mindful Cooldown modes. Apple Music subscribers may also save and listen later the music from Fitness+ workouts.

Accessible through iPhone, iPad, and Apple TV, the software automatically syncs and starts workout on the Apple Watch. While in session, the metrics from Apple Watch are shown on the screen with fun animations. These metrics include heart rate, countdown timer, Burn Bar for calories, and Activity for tracking progress. Users may also share their completed Fitness+ workouts to their friends on social media through the Activity Sharing. All workout data is saved to the Health app on the iPhone, and neither calories nor the workouts and trainers users choose will be stored along with their Apple ID.
The Apple Fitness+ is now available on iPhone users in Australia, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand, the UK, and the US. It will come on the iPad and Apple TV very soon. It is compatible with iPhone 6s or later, iPhone SE, iPad Pro, iPad (5th generation or later), iPad mini 4 or later, iPad Air 2, iPad Air (3rd generation), Apple TV 4K, Apple TV HD. The plan starts at USD 9.99 per month and USD 79.99 per year, but Apple users with compatible devices may try it free for a month.
