Casio launches the new line of G-Shock watches equipped with Google’s Android WearOS, the G-Squad Pro GSW-H1000.
The G-Squad Pro GSW-H1000 series sports a 1.32-inch TFT LCD screen that holds a 320 x 300 pixel display with the addition of a monotone LCD.
The start button is made of aluminum with an accented color for ease of visibility and operability. The watch takes on a honeycomb pattern all over its case and band. It features the original G-SHOCK shock-resistant construction with 20-bar water resistance.
The G-Squad Pro GSW-H1000 lineup features include sensors for compass bearing, altitude, and barometric pressure capable of relaying information in real-time. It is complemented with the addition of WearOS by Google that allows apps like Google Assistant, Google Pay, and Google Fit to be included.
Furthermore, the original Casio app supports a range of 15 activities and 24 indoor workout options. The smartwatch can also read distance, speed, heart rate, and calories burned to name a few readings.
