Lenovo’s comeback in the Philippine mobile business has finally happened.
It starts with the affordable Lenovo K5 Play. Released way back in 2018, it’s no surprise that this device has outdated hardware and Android 8.0 Oreo software. It’s powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 octa-core processor, with a 5.7-inch HD screen, and a 3,000mAh battery.
It has thick bezels on top for the 8-megapixel selfie camera, while on the back we have a 13-megapixel primary camera, 2-megapixel depth sensor, and the rear-mounted fingerprint scanner. The Lenovo K5 Play has a price of Php3,990 in the Philippines.
The Lenovo K5 Pro also came out in 2018. It’s powered by a Snapdragon 636 processor and is available in 4GB/64GB and 6GB/64GB models.
Compared to the K5 Play, the K5 Pro has a sharper 5.99-inch FHD+ screen and a dual camera setup on the front and back.

The Lenovo K5 Pro has a price of Php5,990 for the 4GB/64GB model and Php6,990 for the 6GB/64GB. They are now available at Lenovo’s official store in Lazada.
