The online community is mourning the passing of Filipino vlogger Emman Nimedez.
Nimedez died on August 16 after a battle with acute myeloid leukemia, a cancer of the blood and bone marrow. His girlfriend, Peachy Santos, made the announcement on a Facebook post.
A lot of his vlogger friends, celebrities, internet personalities, and streamers have paid tribute to the 27-year-old content creator.
Facebook streamer Dexty MN organized a Grand Theft Auto V #ParaKayEmman live stream to pay tribute to Nimedez. The caption lists a couple of GCash and bank accounts that viewers can donate money to, which will help Nimedez’s family to pay the remaining hospital bills and other related expenses. There were parts of the 1 hour and 25-minute stream where Nimedez’s song “Teka Lang” was playing in the background. A real tearjerker.
Emman Nimedez became popular back in 2017 with his K-drama parodies. As of writing, his YouTube channel EmmanNimedezTV already has 2.43 million subscribers and a total of 90.7 million views.
