Samsung Philippines introduced its Galaxy 14-day trial program that lets you test drive a premium Galaxy smartphone before you commit. It will run only until April 30.
Customers who will purchase a Galaxy S21, S21 Plus, S21 Ultra, or the Galaxy Z Fold 2 have an option to enter the Galaxy Free Trial Program. Registration should be done on the same day and store where the device was purchased. You can check the participating devices and their prices below.
To register, customers must provide the following: IMEI of the device and a valid ID that matches the official receipt of the new device.
Once approved, the customers can return the new device within 14 days if they don’t feel like keeping it. Customers will then get a full refund, worry-free.
Of course, the returned device has to be good as new. As per Samsung, it should turn on and connect to a network, no visible water or accidental damage, no cracks anywhere, signed out from all accounts, complete packaging; while Z Fold 2 returns should still come with the FREE 12-month SC+ and Php2,000 e-voucher.
If a Samsung representative saw any of those damages present, the free return will be forfeited.
The Samsung 14-day trial program is only available in SM Experience Stores in SM Mall of Asia, SM Megamall, SM North EDSA, and SM Clark. You can check their website for more information.
