Sony has recently announced two new wireless, 36-degrees wireless audio speakers in the form of Sony SRS-RA5000 and Sony SRS-RA3000.
The Sony SRS-RA5000 is a Hi-Res audio-certified wireless speaker with three up-firing speakers and three middle-sited speakers that transmit audio horizontally. It also has an Immersive Audio Enhancement that improves the audio quality of 2-channel stereo tracks.
Meanwhile, the Sony SRS-RA3000 has a full-range speaker, an omni-diffuser for spreading audio throughout the room, and a dual passive radiator for producing deep bass. It has automatic sound calibration for customizing music profiles according to the speakers’ placement and has a more compact and humidity-resistant body.
Both the Sony SRS-RA5000 and SRS-RA3000 features Immersive Audio Enhancement and 360 Reality Audio technologies that can be used with compatible music streaming services, Sound Calibration for enhanced sound performance, Auto Volume adjustment, support to voice assistants such as Google Assistant and Amazon Alexa, multi-room playback, access to Sony Music Centre app for hands-free controls, NFC, Bluetooth connectivity, wireless connection to supported Sony Bravia TVs, and built-in Chromecast for streaming from mobile devices.
Available in a black body with copper accents, the Sony SRS-RA5000 and the Sony SRS-RA3000 will be available starting February 2021 for EUR 599 and EUR 359, respectively.
