Lalamove has recently introduced the Purchase Service option for Sedan 200kg within Metro Manila and GMA.

For an additional PHP 100, Lalamove’s Sedan Partner Drivers may now buy items of up to PHP 5,000 on the customer’s behalf with their Purchase Service.

How does Lalamove’s Sedan purchase service work?

 

1. Set pick-up and drop-off locations.
2. Choose Sedan for your vehicle.
3. Select Purchase Service as an Additional Service (note that there is an additional PHP 100 service fee on top of base fare plus per KM fee.)
4. Choose the price tier which item coincides with (note that item price should not exceed PHP 5,000.)
5. Input additional instructions via driver notes.
6. Place the order and wait to be matched.
7. Contact the Partner Driver and confirm your order.
8. Wait for Partner Driver to arrive and pay for the item in cash or thru GCash (note that Lalamove Wallet Credit will be accepted payment for the item.)

Furthermore, Lalamove also shared reminders such as follows.

• Ensure that the item being purchased must have a valid Official Receipt.
• Select the correct price tier whenever your choose Purchase Service. Please refrain from misdeclaration for item price and avoid booking any item worth beyond PHP 5,000
• To refrain from issues, communicate with Lalamove’s Partner Drivers via In-app.
• If the driver waits in the store for more than 30 minutes, an additional Waiting Time Charge of PHP 100 for every fraction of an hour shall be settled.
• The Parking Fee, which is excluded from the In-app Delivery Fee computation, shall also be settled.
• The payment for the item shall be through cash or GCash. Payments via Lalamove Wallet Credit will not be accepted.

Lalamove is available to download on Android and iOS.
